The Health and Wellbeing programme focuses on supporting physical and mental wellbeing through accessible local initiatives. The video was created to highlight the positive impact of these services on individuals and communities.

The Vision
Claire Wright, Health and Wellbeing Manager, wanted a film that felt warm, authentic and relatable, showcasing real people and real stories. The aim was to demonstrate the real benefits of the programme while encouraging wider participation.
The Plan
We worked closely with the Live Life Aberdeenshire team to identify contributors and activities that best represented the breadth of the programme. Filming was carefully scheduled to align with live sessions and minimise disruption.
The Solution
By focusing on genuine moments and natural interactions, we produced a film that clearly communicated the value of the Health and Wellbeing programme. Our storytelling approach ensured the message remained accessible to a broad audience.
